Adult and NSFW Content
You are strictly prohibited from using UGC Creator AI to:
- Generate, upload, or distribute any NSFW (Not Safe For Work), sexually explicit, adult, or sexually suggestive content
- Create content intended for adult entertainment platforms or audiences
- Produce content that is obscene, pornographic, or violates applicable obscenity laws
Face-Swap, Deepfake, and Identity Manipulation
You may not use our face-manipulation tools to:
- Create synthetic media intended to deceive viewers about real individuals
- Impersonate real people without their consent
Harmful Content
You may not use our service to:
- Create content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
- Generate illegal, defamatory, or harassing material
- Produce content involving minors in any inappropriate context
Fraudulent Activities
You may not use our service to:
- Use AI-generated content for scams, phishing, or fraud
- Create fake news or disinformation
- Circumvent platform policies (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, etc.)
Technical Abuse
You may not:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models
- Use automated systems to abuse our services
- Share account credentials or resell access
Content Moderation
Every prompt submitted to our AI image and video generation features is automatically screened by an automated content moderation system before generation. Requests that violate this policy are blocked before any content is generated.
Enforcement
Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.
